AAMI Park was custom built to not only hold Melbourne’ premier “rectangular” events such as rugby and soccer but also to host no less than five top flight football teams.

AAMI Park stands as a cultural and sporting icon in Melbourne, Australia, renowned for its innovative design and vibrant atmosphere. Since its opening  in 2010. This state-of-the-art stadium has hosted Many spectacular events such as the women's world cup and A league grand finales.

Originally built to accommodate rugby league, rugby union, soccer, and other sporting events, AAMI Park quickly became a hub for both local and international competitions. Its distinctive bioframe roof, which illuminates Melbourne's skyline with a spectrum of colours at night, has become a symbol of modern architectural excellence.

Over the years, AAMI Park has witnessed historic sporting moments, including thrilling matches from Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City FC in the A-League, as well as Melbourne Storm's triumphs in the NRL. The stadium's intimate seating arrangement and excellent sight lines create an Incredible atmosphere for every event hosted there.

Beyond sports, AAMI Park has also hosted major concerts, with international artists such as Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran gracing its stage, drawing massive crowds and showcasing its versatility as an entertainment venue.

 The stadium’s unique geodesic soccer ball design (also referred to as the Bubble Dome) has won a number of stadium design awards and has quickly become a favourite landmark on the Melbourne landscape with its roof containing tens of thousands of LED lights which are programmed to light up the night sky.
